When you use the contact form or the "Send Me a Message" pop-up, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you would like help with, and your message.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, which involves cookies and general usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. This does not include the personal details from the contact form. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them using the cookie banner shown when you first visit. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the support you have asked about. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics data is used only to understand how the website is performing and where it could be improved.

Contact form submissions are sent using Resend, a transactional email service, purely to deliver your message to Peter. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies.

Contact form submissions are kept only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@phevolve.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of legitimate interest, to respond to the enquiry you have made. We do not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.

Some of the third-party services this website relies on, including Cloudflare, Resend and Google Analytics, may process data on servers located outside the UK. Where this happens, those providers are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place under their own data protection commitments.
